OverviewItaly Map

Florence—Firenze in Italian—was the birthplace of the Renaissance. To walk its streets today is to tread in the footsteps of the last seven centuries of history and culture. The capital of Tuscany, Florence is truly the heart of Europe.  FUA facilities span the city center of Florence in 7 diverse locations.

Through a special partnership with the Florence University of the Arts (FUA), Adelphi students have the unique opportunity to earn Adelphi credit in Italy.  Studying abroad at FUA is characterized by the institution’s efforts in cultural integration. The institution’s position places FUA in direct contact with the city’s culture, movements, and events. The mission is to offer university level academics and services that not only bring about learning, but most importantly an active understanding, participation and contribution to the city by students from all academic fields, personal backgrounds, and nationalities.

FUA offers a range of classes from Art to Social Psychology (and everything in between).  Classes are taught in English (except for the Italian language classes).

Find a full list of FUA classes here. If the term you want to study abroad is not yet posted, refer to the same semester of the previous year.
